Shyamala Maisondieu, a renowned perfumer, was born in Malaysia to a multicultural Malay and Indian family. Her upbringing shaped her creative vision, which blends diverse cultural influences. After discovering her passion for fragrance in Hong Kong, she trained at the prestigious Givaudan Perfumery School. Now with Givaudan, she has crafted scents for brands like Tom Ford and Lancôme, including the acclaimed Idôle.
