Do you offer samples or testers?
We provide a complimentary sample with your purchase online. If you would like to try our fragrances, we would recommend to order a Discovery Travel Set or alternatively, you can visit one of our retail partners. -

What happens if my bottle doesn't look exactly like the one on the website?
House of Bō Parfums are hand-assembled with high concentrations of raw materials and elaborate artisanship, allowing LIMITED PRODUCTION runs of every fragrance. Slight variations in color, shape or tones are normal in this type of craftsmanship.

What is your return policy?
All sales are final and are not eligible for return. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 14-day period following delivery, please take a photo of the issue in question and send it with your order number and description to contact@houseofbo.co and we will happily proceed to resolve the issue.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method..

How long does it take to ship?
Our goal is to ship orders within 3 - 7 business days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we won't charge duties and customs. Those are the responsibility of the customer.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders within the continental US. Currently, we don't offer expedited shipping.

What happens if the package gets lost?
If your package gets lost, we will do our best to locate it. If you selected shipping protection, we will send a replacement package while we search for the original one.
