• How long does it take to ship?

  Our goal is to ship orders within 3 - 7 business days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law.

• Do you ship internationally?

  Yes, we offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that duties and customs fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

  For orders shipping to European countries:

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $500.
  • For orders under $500, a flat shipping rate of $25 will apply.

  This offer applies to Europe only. Shipping rates for other international destinations will be shown at checkout.

• How much does shipping cost?

  We offer FREE Shipping on all orders within the continental US. Currently, we don't offer expedited shipping.

• What happens if the package gets lost?

  If your package gets lost, we will do our best to locate it. If you selected shipping protection, we will send a replacement package while we search for the original one.

• How can I track my order?

  Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
