    Set received is not the same as picture advertised

    I was so excited about this set but what I received was different than what is pictured. Bottles are not gold and the funnel was not included. I reached out to customer service who replied saying they would look into it and I have not received a response or resolution. The scents are lovely but the bait and switch and poor customer service are disappointing. See photos for what I received vs what I ordered.

    Beautiful scents, but leaked and scratched during delivery

    The scents themselves are all just beautiful and sophisticated and I fell in love with a lot of them, but during the delivery process there was leakage and the gold bottles were all scratched. They all came out of the box and were hitting against each other during shipping. You can see the little pieces of the gold wrapping that came off the bottles and a couple of the caps came off and the perfume leaked.

    Leaked

    I was very excited to try them but immediately realized one (Rosario) leaked a lot. The new packaging won’t even let me see how much of it it’s remaining, for this price it’s not acceptable
